Supervision

Supervision

My supervision is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including (Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also recognising the importance of compassion, flexibility, and the therapeutic relationship. Whether you are newly starting to work with OCD or looking to deepen your existing practice, supervision can help you feel more supported and grounded when working with the complexities of OCD treatment.

Here to uplift and encourage my supervisees to feel calm and confident in the work they do. While its important to me to gently challenge my supervisees, what underpins this is a relaxed and nurturing approach, so you feel safe and held.

I want you to feel supported in the work you do and provide you with that time for reflection and empowerment.

Out of the box learning and creativity is also a big part of who I am as a supervisor too. Adapting to the individual, rather than a one size fits all approach.

Just like the relationship we have with our clients is of most importance, this also will apply to the supervisor and supervisee relationship. I want you to feel comfortable and happy in our sessions, so I do offer a free initial half hour to look at your requirements for supervision and make sure I am the right supervisor for you.

My Specializations:

A Healthier Mind Starts Here

I bring kindness, honesty, and a lot of compassion to this work, along with lived experience and values rooted in understanding, autonomy, and respect. I use evidence-based approaches like ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), but always in a way that feels collaborative and grounded in what matters most to you.
